Does a laptop without video cards affects other stuff besides gamings?

MY video card is 965 Express Chipset Family. And i am just wondering does the video quilities, photoshops, picture qulities, and dvd movie qulitis, etc..............|||Generally Laptops dont use video cards as such - they use integrated graphics where the video chipset is soldered into the motherboard. This is distince from desktop pc's, which may have integrated graphics but will usually also have slots which will take a video card upgrade.

For 2d applications (ie not gaming), the ram the video chipset has access to is important for some things, like video editing and running desktop effects.

In most cases though, integrated graphics are adequate for 2d- computing.|||It can do. My wife's laptop was sent back to be changed over from an on board chipset to the best graphics card she could have, and the one we received afterward looked much better - even Windows looked brighter, crisper and nicer. Graphic-intense programs such as videogames are the main reason, but they make everything look nicer.
