Which video cards can i use for Satellite L300-1FR (Tosiba) laptop.?

I have a problem with Mobile Intel® GMA 4500M i want to run some games what video card should i use if i can use any other card|||All you can really upgrade on the laptop is the ram and the processor. Most if not all of the laptops cannot have their video cards upgraded.
