Is there any site that gives the frames per second for certain video cards or laptops?

I forgot the name of a certain site, which used to measure the videocard's performance by displaying it's frames per second on current PC games (Doom 3, Unreal Tournament, etc..). Is there another site out there like this?|||You can download Fraps, it displays FPS while playing.
