How do you know if your computer uses a separate Video card?
I have a Toshiba Laptop, and I need to have Video Ram of 64MB. How can I find out if my laptop uses a separate Video card or if it is built directly onto the computer's motherboard?|||Right click the desktop, click properties, click on the settings tab, and the 'display' box should say what your video card is. If it is day NVIDIA or ATI then you have a separate video card, however it is says intel/amd it is probably a built in video card|||Most laptop video cards are built into the motherboard. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part they are permanent in the motherboard.
