I need to know how to get my video card to register and work- How do I do that?

My comp had to be wiped and reloaded but now it won't register the correct audio and video cards- How do I find out what they are and how do I get them to work? I am using windows Xp Home edition on an Axess SPM Micro laptop.|||Axess OR http://developer.novell.com/yes/61594.ht…

Website: www.spmmicro.com|||go to a pro|||in the control panel there is "Add/Remove hardware" option . from that try to locate ur VGA card and install it .this is very simple and easy way to do this|||If you don't have the disc that came with your laptop, try to read the computer manual and see what brand the video and audio cards are, then go to their website and search for their respective model numbers. Download something called "drivers" to make your computer recognize those devices.

When selecting the drivers for you specific device just make sure you are selecting Windows XP as your operating system. Let me know if this helps. I'll be more than happy to help you more.
