Laptop won't start after video card swap?

I was going to change the video card on my laptop so i took out one of the video cards and then i realized i bought the wrong one so i put the same one back in and now my laptop won't start.|||It won't start at all, as in No Power, or won't boot, as in cannot get to Windows and you are receiving Windows Boot Error message? If you are receiving an error message, can you press F8, F10, F12 (whatever your laptop boot manager menu is, and boot into Safe Mode?

If no power at all, did you check your power code / try a different plug / take-out, and reinstall the battery? If yes, and still no power, did you by chance get a static discharge when you were changing the card?

What type of laptop, what type of video card, what OS/
