Update Laptops Graphics/Video Card?

My Laptop is Toshiba Satellite L300 System Windows Vista Home premium. I have Intel(R) Graphics Media Accelerator Driver For Mobile and i tried using Ropoussé with photoshop CS5 but i need a new video / graphics card i dont wanna buy one is it possible to upgrade? plz help|||You can't upgrade a graphics card in a laptop as they are physically built in to all the other components of the laptop
