Why does newegg.com sell video cards for laptops i thought you couldn't change it in a laptop?

If your a really patient, careful person, then you can replace the videocard (as long as it's compatible). But generally, no you can't replace them, except for very few. But if your a gentle person, then yes you can replace/change one.
