How do we know if my laptop has tv-out video card?

i'm looking for a laptop which can plug in tv for movies. any suggestions or recommendation on laptops on this? what brand, what model has this feature? is it easy to find one with this feature under $1000? if the tv-out video card doesn't come with the laptop, how much does it cost to buy one and install it ourselves? is it hard to install it? what brand of tv-out video card is good?|||There wouldbe a port labeled TV out.
