Laptops and Video/Graphics Cards?

I want to know what laptop to get. I want a cheap one for no more than $600. I also want a good video card but not a really expensive one. I'm mostly going to use this laptop for gaming, so I want at least 512mb RAM, 50GB hard drive and a good prossecor but I don't want to spend much money. Also I'm stumped on what graphics or video card or whatever to get! Thanks:)|||If u want good gaming expereince then u should purchase atleast 256 mb video card. U can purchase nvdia geforce cards which provides good quality graphics card.|||If you want to use a laptop for gaming you are going to have to go all out, the only way to get a good gaming PC for cheap price is to buy it off of newegg.com in pieces and build it|||600 for a laptop to game is unrealistic.

so is 512 megs of ram. your need a dual core and 2 gigs of memory. a dedicated graphic card. the cheapest way for this is around 1400 for a ok one you will spend 2000 for something decent.

save your money and increase your budget, they only get better and cheaper as the months go on|||I dont think there is one that cheap for a gaming laptop. I know you can get a good gaming desktop PC for that cheap, only if you get the parts...but for a laptop i dont think it will be that cheap.|||I agree with the others there will be too many complications trying to configure a laptop for gaming.

Your best bet would be to go to www.newegg.com and build yourself a desktop pc for a gaming rig.

Most of the current and upcoming games are demanding more power hungry gaming rigs consisting of faster cpu's, high end up to direct x10 graphics cards, faster memory and a larger power supply to ensure all your components run stable. For the money you want to spend on cheap laptop you can get a quad core cpu, a high end video card, 2GB gaming ram and a power supply at newegg.com. If you put it together in a decent tower you will be ready for the future and be able to run any program out there plus have room to upgrade effortlessly if you need to.
