What video card should I buy for my laptop?

I have a Toshiba m45-s359 laptop and am looking for a compatible L&T capable video card with 32 MB of video ram (I could settle for 16 MB if that's all that is available).|||I'm not positive, however I don't think you can up-grade the video in that model. Your video card is built onto the motherboard and when I checked the specs I didn't see any open ports for video cards.|||Yes, check with Toshibas website to see if you can upgrade the video...they would say if so..or browse your owners manual.
