Can you add a video card to an intergrated card laptop?

I have a laptop i got for Christmas. And it has Integrated graphics on it. Am i able to add a video card to my laptop.|||Almost all laptops has integrated graphic card, so you can't change it neither add another one because there is no socket or slot for graphic cards ! So you're stuck with what you've got.|||Without knowing the brand and model of your laptop, it would be just an educated guess. But ... most laptops with integrated video do NOT allow a separate video card to be added.|||No
